Booking & Payment
- How can I book a VIP private transfer or excursion?
Via online form, phone call, or WhatsApp. Quick confirmation by message. - What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer, PayPal, or secure mobile payment. - Should I book in advance?
Yes, preferably 24 hours before the desired date. For tailor-made tours, the earlier the better.
Services & Vehicles
- How many passengers per private vehicle?
Up to 3 in a sedan, 7 to 8 in a van or air-conditioned minibus. Ideal for groups and families. - Are the vehicles recent?
Yes. All our vehicles are recent, spacious, air-conditioned, and regularly maintained. - Is Wi-Fi and baby seat available?
Yes, on request. Our vehicles are equipped with onboard Wi-Fi and can be configured with a baby seat or booster.
Drivers & Languages
- Are drivers multilingual?
Yes, at minimum French and Arabic. Several also speak English, Italian, or German. - Can they act as guides?
Our drivers know the regions well. For detailed visits, we also offer certified guides upon request.
Safety & Assistance
- Is the VIP service insured?
Yes, all our vehicles are fully insured for tourism transport with premium coverage. - What if there’s a cancellation or delay?
Please notify us promptly. We’ll adjust schedules or reschedule free of charge. - Is assistance available during the trip?
Yes. Our team is reachable 24/7 in case of emergency or questions.
